Yardi Voyager Financial Management Package

Using this web-based system, we completely customize the financial environment to meet individual client and property requirements. As our financial backbone, this flexible system allows us to offer any reporting structure desired for budgets, variances, income statements and general ledgers. We are also experienced in other financial packages including MRI, Skyline and Peachtree Software.

Web-based Maintenance Systems

Web portals are created to offer effective tools that streamline management and operations efforts. All functions are accessible through the site, including the convenience of a single sign-on. The Service Request Modules allow tenants/residents and the maintenance team to place requests online. The work order is routed to the engineering team for completion and then closed out from a Blackberry or PC. Work orders can be tracked at any time by tenants/residents, engineers and the management team. A built-in escalation feature notifies supervisors of any request that is not promptly completed. Billable reports can be generated monthly for occupant invoicing. The Service Request system offers the following benefits:
